Adults only

NH Dating is only for people 18 and older. Every member's age is checked against a photo ID by a person.

Free, no payments

NH Dating charges nothing and accepts no payments of any kind. Staff will never ask for money. Any request for money is a scam and should be reported.

ID checks are not stored

IDs are viewed by a person in a private channel to confirm age, and deleted right after. No copy, photo or number from an ID is kept.

No background checks

Reviewing applications and checking age is not a criminal background check or identity verification. Use caution and meet in public.

Sensitive information

Gender identity, transgender status and sexual orientation are collected only with your consent, only to place you in channels, and are never sold or shared.

Independent

NH Dating is a volunteer-run community. It is not affiliated with Discord Inc. or the State of New Hampshire.

Governing law

The Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.

Reporting

Report rule breaks to the Staff role in Discord. Content involving minors is reported to the authorities.
